Description
The Himalayan white honey is produced by the largest bees in the world, Apis Laboriosa. They build their huge hives under the overhangs of vertical cliffs 2,500 and 3,000m above sea level and are restricted to the Himalayan region. The local tribal honey hunters have very distinctive beliefs that are beyond our understanding. Their indigenous methods do not include any protective clothing or special climbing harness and do get stung multiple times. All these factors make Himalayan white honey one of the rarest honey in the world. The honey has a very distinctive aroma and taste and has very effective traditional health remedies. Available in assorted royal edition and bulk orders.
